Lawrence & Associates
David A. Lawrence founded the firm in 1976 and incorporated in 1980. Our office and shop are in Redding, California. Our geographical service area includes northern California, southern Oregon, and northern Nevada.
Lawrence & Associates is a private consulting firm providing civil engineering, hydrogeology, and engineering geology services. We are located in Redding, California, in the northern end of the Sacramento Valley. We have been in business since 1976, and our client base includes both municipal and private entities. We currently have a staff of 30, including engineering professionals and full clerical and drafting support staff.
The common thread through all of our professional work is water. Our company began as a ground-water hydrology firm and all of our work has grown out of that discipline.
Our broad expertise includes:
• Landfill design, permitting, and operations
• Fuel and chemical leak investigations
• Remediation of hazardous material contamination in soil, air, and groundwater
• Large and small water-supply development and evaluation
• Civil engineering
• Project and construction management
• Geotechnical and environmental drilling
The expertise required for each of these types of work is interrelated to build a strong foundation for all environmental engineering projects.
