L&A has experience developing and implementing Corrective Action Plans using a wide range of remediation techniques, each specific to the characteristics of the site. We employ either conventional and innovative technologies, where appropriate, including techniques that do not require removal of the contaminated soil or groundwater from the subsurface. These techniques, also known as in-situ techniques, are especially useful on sites where access for excavation or well installation are difficult. Where appropriate, we also employ natural attenuation, letting nature take its course, for chemicals that will naturally degrade over time. |
